I came to PPC primarily to see if they could assist in the planning of my business as the growth has meant there have been many structural and staff changes. As a company I felt that it would help having a professional assess the way in which I was working. Initially Jackie listened to my needs and then offered suggestions of where we should start. We embarked on a personal profile test along with an assessment that highlighted many positive things that have helped with forward planning. I was feeling overwhelmed by our success and having someone from outside of the business to help assess the situation and suggest tools to help has been very refreshing and a very positive move so that I can now enjoy the success.
Jackie has a very approachable manner and along with this has an incredible amount of knowledge that gave me the confidence to work with her. The friendly but professional way in which Jackie worked helped me relax and enabled me to talk about private matters which I know will be kept confidential. The course equipped me with useful information to developing the business and myself and I see this as a stepping-stone to working on projects together in the future. As a business you can never be 100% sure where you will be in a few years time and it is good know I can go to one company to help when the needs arise. I would happily recommend PPC to businesses going through change or that require direction.

The Myers Briggs report carried out by People Performance Consulting Limited (PPC) was an invaluable experience. It identified my strengths and weaknesses allowing me to focus on how to become more effective in the workplace and generally. It also gave me a greater understanding of how to appreciate the strengths of colleagues and their contribution to the group as a whole.

Jackie led a Half Day Development Centre at BPP Professional Education. Though the time was short, the information gave an insight into our work team relationships and the exercises made everyone think about how they behave in a team situation.
Jackie was very good at pointing out the positive behaviours and relationships. She also tackled the slightly uncomfortable areas that are sometimes ignored or glossed over. Not all staff members liked this part of the session, but it proved the most useful in improving our team interactions.
As a result, the half year appraisals were far more specific and centred on relationships and behaviours to improve teamwork.

Jackie has been very clear and consistent and is always willing to go the extra mile to provide support and guidance. Jackie has been in constant contact and has made herself available at the end of the phone or in person when needed. Neither of us had any real IIP knowledge or experience and Jackie reassured and encouraged us to take one step at a time so as not to feel overwhelmed by the process of our review. Although we have now had our assessment and are now preparing for our review in September, the reassurance of Jackie still being available for guidance is a great benefit.
